Marjo Mäenpää is multimedia producer, teacher and planner of new media studies active publisher. She has bee lecturing in new media management, writing for multimedia, interface usability and www-design, information design and dramaturgy of hypertext in Finland and abroad. Since 1997 she has been critic for CD-roms and multimedia titles in the Helsingin Sanomat newspaper. Marjo Mäenpää is the founder and managing director of Publishing House Taifuuni Ltd. Since 1988 she has published over 200 books, mostly fiction and non-fiction from Eastern European countries, including works by Juri Lotman and Mihail Bakhtin.
