Με απόφαση της Γεν. Συνέλευσης (oκτ.2003) τα ενεργά μέλη ωφίλoυν να καταβάλoυν έως 31.Δεκ.2004 στo λoγαριασμό τoυ Π.Σ. (Nordea 101550-420950) τo συνoλικό πoσό των 150 ευρώ για τη συνδρoμή 2004. Έτσι μπoρoύν να καλυφτoύν τα τρέχoντα έξoδα για τα δελτία, τις ασφάλειες και τις συμμετoχές στα διάφoρα πρωταθλήματα.	Syyskokouksessa oli sovittu, että kauden 2004 jäsenmaksu on 150 euro maksettava 31.12.2003 asti. Tällä tavalla seura voi hoitaa peruskustannukset (mm.osallistumismaksut, vakuutukset, lisenssit) .	At the annual autumn meeting on has been decided, that the membership fee for the year 2004 will be the amount of 150 euro to be paid until 31st Dec. 2003. The basic expences for the participation in the championship, for insurances and licenses can be covered through the obligatory membership fee.	In der Jahresversammlung im vergangenen Herbst wurde entschieden, dass die bis zum 31.12.2003 zu zahlenden Mitgliedsgebühren für das Kalenderjahr 2004 weiter auf 150,- Euro bleibt. Somit können die laufenden Kosten für Wettbewerbsteilnahmen, Versicherungen und Spielerberechtigungen gedeckt werden.

Football Club's Profile

Our club was founded 1990 by Greek emigrants in the Finnish capital with the intial purpose only to entertain the compatriots in the free time. Already in the early stage the members realized that the club can only survive as an officially independent organisation with greater ambitions. Since then all historic events have been captured as photographs and newspaper articles in the collection of our faithful coach.

In our club's football history we have had active members from over 85 countries of five continents. Our environment is multi-ethnic and tolerant because we feel that we have a social obligation in the modern E.U. society. F.C.Ellas was 1996 the 1st non-Finnish football club in the history to play ever in the highest (4th) division of the Helsinki region (H:gin piiri).

FUTSAL 2001-2002

Στo πoδόσφαιρo σάλας 5x5 (Futsal) της χειμερινής περιόδoυ 2001-2002 η 3η μας oμάδα των νέων κατέκτησε την 5η θέση στoν 7o όμιλo της 3ης κατηγoρίας (βλ. τελική βαθμoλoγία και απoτελέσματα http://www2.palloliitto.fi/helsinki/kilpailu/futsal01M37.htm).

Talented and motivated fieldplayers and goalkeepers are always welcome in order to strengthen our multinational 1st team, which is facing new challenges in the 4th and 7th division during this year's summer season. Please, contact the responsible representatives of our football club as soon as possible for player transfer. New players can introduce themselves and demonstrate their skills during our training sessions.

It was a great honor for us to welcome and accommodate the Hellenic national team (5.9.2001 Olympic Stadium) together with the U21 team (4.9.2001 Finnair Stadium)in Helsinki during the qualification matches for the World Cup tournament. For the last year's championship we had registered at the Finnish Football Federation already over 70 active members with valid licenses, which means, that we had almost the double amount of players compared to the season before. Probably the training units from Spring 2002 on will start already at 15:30 and will take place at different outdoor facilities to be announced soon by the chief coach. Preparations and exceptional training units may take place probably at Myllypuro, at Pirkkola and at Mustikkamaa. Details about the exact training schedule will be announced later by the chief coach.

Das neue Trainingsprogramm wird demnächst vom Cheftrainer angekündigt.

Spring and Summer Tournaments (Matches and Results)

From spring to autumn for over ten years our club will participate in several tournaments such as Amateur Championships, City Cups, Spring Cups and Finnish Cups. This year we skip the Lev Jassin tournament due to tight schedule. This year's Regional Championship (Piirimestarus) for our 1st team will be against MaKu and MauPa. This year's Spring Cup (Kevat Cup) for our 2nd, 3rd and 4th team will be during April. All participating players with valid license should arrive dressed and punctual at the football fields. If we achieve positive results and qualify for the next round, we will inform the participating players about the forthcoming dates.

Past Achievements

Besides the 2nd place in the winter outdoor tournament 1999/2000 we were again 2nd in the 5th division of the summer championship 2000. By arranging significant players' tranfers during the forthcoming months we are moving up again to the 4th division next spring with high expectations and great ambitions.

The Finnish Football Federation forces us to follow their rules more strictly and for that reason only those players will have the permission to participate in this year's competitions, who are O.K. with their payments and duties.

Annual Awards

At the end of each season the management of our club distributes awards for the best goalkeeper, the best goalmaker, the most fair player and the most disciplined player out of over 40 registered players.

Championship Results

At the end of each season all coaches, the chief and the assistants, analyse the match results and evaluate the overall performance of our teams. The chart below reflects the progress of our teams in the history. This information is also the basis in order to make more accurate plans for the next season.

On behalf of our club the management board would like to thank all faithful fans,
who supported us in the difficult matches during the last season.

Seminars and Meetings

From time to time general assembly meetings or other events are held in different premises incl. auditorum and sauna. From one side in a relaxed atmosphere we discuss matters related to our club, but from other side the gathered players listen concentrated also to the tactic analysis as the theoretical part of the next match preparations.

Facilities

To our athletic facilities among others belong dressing rooms in different football fields around Helsinki, gymnastic room with instruments and forest path for conditional training.
