LINGONBERRIES WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
500 ml lingonberries
100 ml cream
150 - 200 g white chocolate
(4 cl Galliano-liqueur)

Melt the chocolate, add the cream (and the liqueur, if you like). Divide the berries in individual serving dishes and top with the sauce.
Serves 4 - 6.
