BREAKFAST SMOOTHIES
The following beverages may be served as refreshing drinks for breakfast or lunch.
Omit the honey in the recipes if you prefer your drink less sweet.
ORANGE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
200 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or "Tropicana Orange Juice")
½ - 1 frozen or fresh, ripe banana
½ - 1 tbsp honey
Cut the banana into chunks and add to the juice with honey. Blend the ingredients in a blender
or with a hand blender until smooth.
Serves 1.

ORANGE AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
200 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or "Tropicana Orange Juice")
handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
½ - 1 tbsp honey
Cut the berries in smaller pieces and add to the juice with honey. Blend the ingredients in a blender
or with a hand blender until smooth.
Serves 1.

ORANGE, STRAWBERRY AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
½ - 1 ripe banana
½ - 1 tbsp honey
Cut the banana and berries in smaller pieces and add to the juice with honey. Blend the ingredients in a blender
or with a hand blender until smooth.

GRAPEFRUIT, STRAWBERRY AND PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
150 ml grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed or "Tropicana Golden Grapefruit Juice")
handful of fresh sweet strawberries
handful of fresh pineapple pieces
½ - 1 tbsp honey
Add the fruit to the juice with honey. Blend the ingredients in a blender
or with a hand blender until smooth. Add more juice if you prefer the drink to be thinner. You can replace the grapefruit juice with another (citrus) juice, but the mild tartness of the grapefruit gives the drink a nice tangy twist.
