REINDEER AND MELON APPETIZER
paper-thin slices of cold-smoked reindeer roast
muskmelon (nutmeg melon), honeydew melon or canary melon

Chill the melon in refrigerator before cutting. Cut the melon in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds. Cut the halves in wedges and slit the flesh the way that it is shown in the pictures below.

  ...slit the flesh into 4 - 6 segments

Place a couple of melon wedges on each serving plate. Arrange a few reindeer slices on top of the melon wedges.
