On this site, quantities of recipe ingredients are given in metric system.

If using US inch-pound units, you will find a link to an easy-to-use converter programme on bottom of every recipe page. Just type in the metric quantity (eg 200 grams), choose the output quantity type (eg ounces), press the Convert-button and the programme calculates the right result.
