2 cl brandy (eg "Napoleon")
2 cl brown crème de cacao (cocoa liqueur)
2 cl cream
freshly grated nutmeg
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice up to ¾.
Pour the brandy, liqueur and cream over the ice, shake and strain in a chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle a pinch of grated nutmeg on top. Serve the drink as an after dinner cocktail.
