A rating is a numerical value which a solver gains by solving in two approved tournaments. It can be gained at the tournaments which fulfil definite criteria. The rating list is published four times a year.
The WFCC gives authority to a person(s) or a commission responsible for calculating the ratings according to the approved formula. An Excel macro has been developed for help.
